Here’s what the feds call the “unedited” version of the video taken on January 26, 2016. We downloaded the file in the event the link stops working.
This, to me, is documented evidence of the murder of a man in cold blood, part of a group of people who we understand were headed to another county to meet with a sheriff who had offered them assistance. For some reason they were stopped in their tracks on that day, at that time, on that highway late in the afternoon, using a Complaint filed with the Court with 18 USC 372 as their reason for doing so. We quote that law below:
“If two or more persons in any State, Territory, Possession, or District conspire to prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat, any person from accepting or holding any office, trust, or place of confidence under the United States, or from discharging any duties thereof, or to induce by like means any officer of the United States to leave the place, where his duties as an officer are required to be performed, or to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, or while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, or to injure his property so as to molest, interrupt, hinder, or impede him in the discharge of his official duties, each of such persons shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six years, or both.

I personally have three questions for the FBI:
Did you have the opportunity to use 18 USC 372 to arrest these people in public at any time prior to January 26, 2016?
Do you have the same technology available to you today that was used to prepare video for public view of the events of September 11, 2001?
How many routine traffic stops does the FBI perform each year, and are snipers, helicopters and roadblocks typically used during those stops?
We hope to have more comments as events unfold along with an interview of someone who lives in Oregon and visited with the ranchers at the refuge, and certainly more questions as we go over the law, the actual paper “ownership” of “public lands” on which this entire event is based and which brings up the question of whether it is the BLM who is the complainant, or is it actually the Fish and Wildlife Service?
